Gifts and donations will be very welcome in this poor community, however we ask you to be responsible so you do not foster bad habits among the community members, especially the younger generations. If you do bring gifts, please ask to be shown to the Village Chief so that he can distribute them to the rest of the villagers. School material, clothes, basic first aid, books and children's toys are what we are in most need of. Please avoid bringing sweets (they rot our teeth).
Giewubae also accepts donations. As we are a very small locally owned tourism project that was created in an organic manner, we welcome any help that we can get. Whether it's cutlery, plates, glasses, bed-sheets, tents, financial support, or even advice, every little helps! We will be eternally grateful for your contribution to this pioneering project. Also, if you could help us with marketing by sharing Giewubae Eco-Camp with your friends and family, over social media or word-of-mouth, that will be great! Thank you. |
